Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This policy describes how Beat Video Studio, maintained by dazeful, handles information when you use its Windows desktop application or these documentation pages.
Information used by the desktop application
- Local audio, images, project paths, video metadata, publishing schedules and your chosen settings.
- Google OAuth access and refresh tokens, the channel identifier and basic channel details.
- YouTube video and playlist information, publication results, and available YouTube Analytics such as views, watch time, engagement and subscriber changes.
- Operational status and diagnostic information needed to show progress, report errors and avoid duplicate submissions.
Purposes and Google permissions
We use this information to provide the features you select: identify your channel, render local videos, upload or schedule videos, add videos to a chosen playlist, display analytics, and recover from interrupted operations. The application currently requests YouTube upload, YouTube read-only, YouTube account-management and YouTube Analytics read-only permissions. The YouTube account-management permission is used for playlist operations; requested permissions do not mean every permitted operation is performed.
Google data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
Storage, recipients and protection
Application settings, queue records, cached statistics, tokens and operational files are stored locally on your Windows device. OAuth tokens are encrypted with Windows data protection and associated with your Windows user account. Copies you make through backups remain under your control.
The desktop application communicates with Google OAuth and YouTube services to authorize access and perform requested YouTube operations. When you use BeatStars functionality, files and listing information are handled by BeatStars under its own policies. We do not operate a separate server that collects your Google OAuth tokens or YouTube analytics for this documentation website.
Data may also be disclosed if legally required. You control any files or backups that you separately share with others.
Retention, deletion and revocation
Local data remains until you remove it or replace the application’s saved state. To request help deleting local account information, contact the support address below. Removing a local token does not delete videos already published on YouTube. Revoke Google access through your Google Account connections; after revocation, new operations require authorization again. You can separately manage or delete published videos in YouTube Studio.
These website pages
These static pages contain no Google sign-in form, advertising scripts or analytics scripts. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the website, as described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions or deletion assistance can be sent to dazefulhustle2@gmail.com.
